Rutgers Climate Week: Shifting Landscapes and our Coastal Future
Coastal change affects property, habitats, ecosystem services, cultural resources, and recreational opportunities, yet projections of exactly where and when future change may occur across the coastal landscape are limited. This talk will describe ways adaptation and resilience decisions can be informed by federal science that provides robust, actionable coastal change projections.
Hosted by the Megalopolitan Coastal Transformation Hub (MACH), the event will feature a seminar by Dr. Erika Lentz. Dr. Lentz is a Research Geologist at the U.S. Geological Survey’s Woods Hole Coastal and Marine Science Center.
