Operational Excellence Listening Tour: “Office for Research”

Abstract: As Rutgers continually works to achieve excellence in education, research, and public service, we rely on the operational excellence of our employees, units, and departments: Our ability to work efficiently across operational divides to achieve institutional priorities and needs.

This fall, Chancellor Conway continues to partner with universitywide administrative units to hold Operational Excellence Listening Tours, a series of events to highlight the many successful ways we work together and identify opportunities for proactive change. These forums will enable Rutgers-New Brunswick faculty and staff to hear from, and share their ideas with, administrative unit leaders.
