Abstract: Please join us at noon on Monday, 10/2, for a hybrid panel, “Democracy, Corruption, and Fossil Fuels: Azerbaijan, the EU, and the Fight for Transparency.”  The panel will serve as part of the global birthday month campaign to free our former colleague Gubad Ibadoghlu, who has been detained under brutal and life-threatening conditions in a Baku prison.
