In addition, the partnership supports energy infrastructure development efforts to address some of the world’s most pressing environmental and societal challenges.

“W2 Climatech, as a woman-, minority-, and veteran-owned enterprise, aligns perfectly with our mission at WindIgnite and the Rutgers EcoComplex to support minority-owned ventures as they look to integrate into the OSW supply chain. We welcome their expertise and look forward to the contributions they will make,” said Serpil Guran, RCEI Affiliate and director of Rutgers EcoComplex.

“We’re excited to join WindIgnite,” said Kristina Samonte, co-founder of W2 Climatech. “This partnership aligns with our mission to create a sustainable future and enables us to contribute to global renewable energy goals.”

“In the realm where technological advancements converge with environmental stewardship, our dedication to pioneering eco-friendly solutions for wind turbines accelerates us towards a sustainable energy horizon,” said Chris Beronio, co-founder of W2 Climatech. “Our participation in WindIgnite highlights W2 Climatech’s dedication to environmental responsibility and its role in shaping the future of offshore wind energy.”

“Business-friendly and eco-friendly are not mutually exclusive.
